The charming Monegasque étoile Lorena Baricalla at the 2016 Monaco Fashion Week

On MODADIVAS MAG by Francesca Fortini - A triumph of beauty, glamor, fashion and style enlivens from yesterday the Principality of Monaco that, from June 2nd to June 4th, hosts the fourth edition of the Monte-Carlo Fashion Week (MCFW) in collaboration with the Government of the Principality, the City Hall and the Tourist Office. Under the artistic direction of Rosanna Trinchese, on the Monegasque catwalks will parade over 30 designers presenting to the press and buyers the resortswear and swimwear collections and the ready-to-wear pre-collections for Spring Summer 2017. Today, during the event, were rewarded with the MCFW Award, created by the Chambre Monégasque de La Mode, the fashion designers Philipp Plein, Stella Jean and the Italian photographer Giovanni Gastel. Philipp Plein, who received by the Chambre Monégasque de la Mode the recognition for his creative vision and for having been able to establish himself as a new protagonist of the luxury universe, has been accompanied by the stunning Monegasque étoile Lorena Baricalla that, for the occasion, wore lovely outfits completed with the unparalleled shoes created by the Italian brand Duccio Venturi Bottier. The Monte-Carlo Fashion Week, every year, presents a rich program of shows, events, parties, a fashion event that has as protagonists fashion designers, accessories and jewelry, representing the creativity and the talent. Three days during which the eclectic world of fashion, art, entertainment and culture come together for the purpose of enhancing and promoting the Italian and international handicraft. On the catwalks in Monte-Carlo, models wearing couture creations realized as real works of art: silk, lacework and lace for exclusive dresses.
