In the TVShow “Quelle Brave Ragazze” on SKY
“Quelle Brave Ragazze” with Lorena Baricalla in Monte-Carlo
The 1st episode of the new season of "Quelle Brave Ragazze" (Those Good Girls) is on air throughout the whole week on SKY 1 Italy, Sky Go and TV8. The docu-reality show with Sandra Milo, Mara Maionchi and Marisa Laurito, takes place for this first episode in Monte-Carlo.
It is Ballet Star Lorena Baricalla who welcome them and does the honors of the house in the culminating moment of the episode, the grand finale with a prestigious event that she gave to celebrate their arrival and this first episode of the new series.
Monegasque Artist of international prominence for her tours in 35 countries around the world Lorena Baricalla, as well as a prima ballerina, is also an opera singer and actress - and as Master of Ceremonies in 5 languages she presents major international events. She was therefore the ideal celebrity to welcome the Good Girls on the Red Carpet and to share a moment of glamor and elegance with them.
The production company PromoArt Monte-Carlo Production, based in Monaco and operating throughout Europe, the Emirates, the USA, collaborated to the programme produced by BluYazmine for SKY. Specialized in the conception and production of major events, galas and shows PromoArt develops its activities in the film and television sector. For "Quelle Brave Ragazze" PromoArt took care of the production in relation to the ideas and activities useful to the program, the locations and the guests, as well as the authorizations that made the episodes in Monaco and France possible.
As a guest on the programme, how was your relationship with the three protagonists which are very well known in Italy?
Truly splendid! They are three career women that are now between 80 and 90 years old but really full of energy and communicative. Very different from each other… I loved Sandra Milo, actress who worked with Federico Fellini, she is a woman with a big heart and life experience that she transmits with immense sensitivity and intelligence.
Mara Maionchi's years of work behind the scenes are revealed through her rigor and her being "without flourishes" which flows into her irony and jokes, while Marisa Laurito is a bubbly and outgoing stage woman.
We certainly have a common vision, namely simplicity and never taking ourselves seriously. All to care about is to do your job well and to make the public happy with generosity.
How was the prestigious event held in their honor that has been filmed by the cameras of "Quelle Brave Ragazze" TV Show?
We organized the event in the spectacular Blu Gin of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, one of the most beautiful hotels in Monaco. I welcomed the Three Good Girls on the Red Carpet under the flashes of the photographers. They certainly didn't expect something like this, they were amazed and surprised to find themselves in that place!
Then, toasting with glasses of champagne we chatted together with enthusiasm for our beautiful encounter. I was happy to tell them many of my career memories in Monaco or around the world and to know what they had done and enjoyed during their trip in the Principality.
Finally, I introduced them to the friends who came to the event, a parterre of VIP guests: the Ambassador of Monaco Giulio Alaimo and his wife, the fashion world with Silvia and Stefania Loriga of the Eles brand - that realized for me the beautiful gown I was wearing on this occasion - and the stylist and fashion show organizer Flavia Cannata; the world of cars with Giorgio Stirano and of ballet with the principal dancers Thierry Sette and Roland Vogel which are now teachers at the Academy “Princesse Grace”.
The event was enlivened by the famous Belle Epoque-style Cancan with our PromoArt Monte-Carlo Production’ corps de ballet. A cancan that was very successful and was truly appreciated for the skill of our dancers by Mara Maionchi and Sandra Milo. Marisa Laurito also confessed that she knows how to do the split and I therefore invited her to come with me to my daily workouts!
How was this first episode possible in Monte-Carlo where it is very difficult to get cameras in, given the exclusivity of the Principality and its venues ?
Our company PromoArt Monte-Carlo Production with our Production Director and my Manager Tino Genovese has managed to make it possible. We have realized episodes extremely rich in content which, we are sure, will excite the audience.
For this first episode we have to thank the Government of Monaco, the Prince's Palace and the Principality's Communication Office for the support we received, as well as the SBM (Societé des Bains de Mer) and the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, and Monaco Boat Service – Riva Exclusive Dealer.
What does this First Episode in Monte-Carlo tell us?
I was very happy to contribute to the promotion of our Principality in Italy, where it has always been much loved. The episode shows the best-known places through beautiful images. It was also very important that "Those Good Girls" were welcomed by prominent Monegasque personalities, capable to transmit its spirit. Therefore, Lia Riva was also with us. She even made available for the Girls the legendary Acquarama motorboat of her father's, the engineer Riva, who created it. She also welcomed them in her well-known Riva Tunnel. Stephane Richelmi, Formula 2 world champion invited them on 3 historic racing cars to tour the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit. Anthony Rinaldi, Olympic bobsleight champion in Prince Albert's team and descendant of the last fishermen family of Monaco brought them excellent oysters in the villa where they were staying. Jean-Marie Conterno instead accompanied them to the Changing of the Guard at the Palace, telling them the story of the Princes of Monaco.
The episode was sparkling and breathtaking with tours by helicopter, by boat and by racing cars ….and then ending at the final event that I gave in honor of the protagonists.
Can you tell us something about the Second Episode?
We can't reveal all the details yet because it will air from next Sunday but some promotional trailers are already shown on SKY Italy and therefore some news has already leaked, ….such as the discovery of the fascinating world of perfumes of the Maison Godet in Saint Paul de Vence, a Provençal village which is a jewel of the Côte d'Azur….
What are your new projects developed by PromoArt Monte-Carlo Production?
Many are the projects intersecting as always! To remain in the television field we are developing a new format that sees me as the protagonist for American TV.
Then a project as an actress in a Hollywood film produced by Julius R.Nasso and which will be shot partly in Italy….
Last but not least the promotion of my book, the "Origins -The Answer" Trilogy, now on Amazon in English and Italian version, which carries a profound message. I invite all readers to read it!
The book was born from an idea of a big project that we carried out with my Manager Tino Genovese and I wrote it inspired by the ancient Mesopotamian tablets and quantum theories.
